Made Brussels au gratin last night. Chopped 2lbs in half,tossed in coconut oil,sprinkle with salt pepper,lay flat and roast at 350 to crisp and browned.

Melt 2 tbsp butter,add garlic,1 cup coconut milk,1 cup heavy cream, and cheese.

Toss together and everything is better with bacon!!!

Coconut Cauliflower Curry Bisque

Just made this. Sooooo good!

Coconut Cauliflower Curry Bisque


1 head of cauliflower, chopped
1 can of full fat coconut milk
16 oz chicken bone broth or coconut curry bone broth
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 onion, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 TBS Curry powder
1/2 Tsp powdered Ginger
S&P to taste
3 TBS organic grass feed butter


Heat oil in pan on medium, add in onion and garlic and cook until softened. Pour in bone broth, coconut milk and cauliflower. Cook covered on med/high heat for 10 minutes or until cauliflower is softened. Reduce heat to low. Cook 10 more minutes. Puree with immersion blender until creamy. Add Curry, Ginger, butter and blend. Add s&p to taste and serve.

KETO casserole

Quick and easy dinner .. Seasoned pre-boiled cauliflower topped with peppers ,pork and butter fried onion meatballs ,pre-cooked in oven on 220 for 20mins , then topped with Alfredo sauce ,lots of cheese and tomatoes (wanted to add pepperoni instead of tomatoes but didn’t have any left )
Alfredo sauce :
150ml double cream
100ml water
Garlic powder
Black Pepper
Tbl spoon of butter
