Busy moms!?

Let me ask you this!! As a busy mom with a full time job, house, family how often do you work on YOU!? Do you get to workout 3-4x per week? DO you prefer home such as beachbody or do you perfer a gym? Which one and why?

I will be the first one to say when charlie was 1 he slept later so much easier for me to get my workout in early now he is awake by 5am which leaves me little to no time to get my workout in the am anymore.

Being a full time working mom is hard. Juggling life is hard. I needed extra energy. So thankful i took the leap tried ketones. Now 8 months later I look and FEEL amazing. I have energy to keep up with everything! I added back in my workouts 4x a week and take the time i need for me.

Here’s What Ya Need :::::::

* 1 ¼ c almond flour

* ¾ c of Stevia

* 1 tsp baking powder

* ¼ tsp of salt

* 4 eggs

* 4 oz cream cheese

* 4 tbs softened butter

* 2 tsp of vanilla


~~> Cream Cheese & Butter is best used at room temperature 👌🏼


Here’s What Ya Do :::::::


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Beat beat the eggs – butter – stevia – vanilla & cream cheese until light and fluffy

3. Mix all the dry ingredients and add slowly while beating

4. Grease pan well with butter — pour in mix — bake 30-35 minutes until top is slightly browned


Frosting :::


4oz cream cheese

4oz butter

2 TBS Stevia

Beat together until whipped

Lemon chicken

Lemon Butter Chicken is a pretty simple recipe that’s sure to be a crowd please for even your foodie non-keto friends! The chicken is tender and full of flavor with paprika, garlic, and thyme all blended together perfectly with a subtle hint of lemon! The Lemon Butter Chicken Sauce is amazing over some steamed broccoli and even had my husband licking his plate! I even had enough macros for a double sized portion!!😆

Lemon Butter Chicken
Makes 8
1 Serving: 252 Calories, 2g Carbs, 19g Fat, 16g Protein
2 lbs chicken breast (sliced into quarters)
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups baby spinach, chopped


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Season chicken with paprika, salt and pepper, to taste.
3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large oven-proof skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and sear both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side; drain excess fat and set aside.
4. Melt remaining tablespoon butter in the skillet. Add garlic, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice and thyme.
5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, stir in spinach, and simmer until the spinach has wilted and the sauce has slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Return chicken to the skillet.
6. Place into oven and roast until completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 25-30 minutes.
