Busy moms!?

Let me ask you this!! As a busy mom with a full time job, house, family how often do you work on YOU!? Do you get to workout 3-4x per week? DO you prefer home such as beachbody or do you perfer a gym? Which one and why?

I will be the first one to say when charlie was 1 he slept later so much easier for me to get my workout in early now he is awake by 5am which leaves me little to no time to get my workout in the am anymore.

Being a full time working mom is hard. Juggling life is hard. I needed extra energy. So thankful i took the leap tried ketones. Now 8 months later I look and FEEL amazing. I have energy to keep up with everything! I added back in my workouts 4x a week and take the time i need for me.

I perfer gym during the week and beachbody on weekend’s. What is your schedule like?

Low carb cheddar biscuits

SUPER easy and delicious! I just made these today!

Low Carb Cheddar Biscuits
1/4 cup Melted butter
4 large Eggs
1/3 cup Coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Pre-heat ove to 400F. Line a baking pan with parchment, a silicone baking mat, or spray with cooking spray. Add all of the biscuit ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine. Scoop the batter using a 3 tbsp scoop or spoon out 3 tablespoons worth of batter for each biscuit. Place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Makes 9 biscuits.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and enjoy!FB_IMG_1532946935979

Everything bagels

I made these bad boys… I could have eaten all six they were that good.

They were sooooo easy to make…

Everything Bagels (2net carb)

2.5 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 oz of cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2.5 cups Almond flour
TraderJoes everything bagel seasoning

Directions:
Put mozzarella cheese and cream chesse in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 1.5 mins. Take out the bowl and stir until it has all be combined. Put back in the microwave for 1 min. Take out the bowl and mix in the egg. Then add almond flour and baking soda, and knead for 3 minutes. Break apart in to six bagels…
Bake at 425 for 14 mins..

RAVIOLI KETO

Dinner was so delicious tonight! Raviolis with a pesto cream sauce. I accompanied it with broccoli and salmon to wipe up all the sauce.
I’m going to give you the whole recipe but feel free to mix up the protein and such to fit your macros.

Ravioli
3-4 baby zucchini
16oz ricotta
1 cup mozzarella
2 tsp Italian seasoning

Pesto Sauce
4oz cream cheese
2Tbsp Pesto
1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping cream

Preheat the oven to 375

Take the zucchini and peal them the make the shells.
Mix the ricotta, mozzarella and Italian seasoning into a bowl
Lay the zucchini out and put a dollop of mixture then roll into a pocket.
Place into the oven for 20 minutes

Put salmon on the tray and salt an pepper bake for 15 minutes

Take a small pan and add all of the pesto ingredients and place on medium low. If it starts to bubble take off the burner and set aside.

Place broccoli on a backing sheet and back for 10 minutes (we still like ours crunchy)
